 Rabbi Marc Kline serves as the  spiritual leader of Monmouth Reform  Temple in Tinton Falls, New Jersey.  Over  the course of marc's 22 years  Career as a Rabbi and for 6 years as  an Arkansas Attorney, he has  dedicated  his work to bringing  people together and protecting  equality due process for all people. 
 "We look to NJIC to bring people together from all walks of faith, helping us grow the skills to bring people  back from their exiles from each other."

Elder Skip Winter - 27 year member of the First Presbyterian Church of Cranford; active member of  the Presbytery of Elizabeth.   Commissioner to the 2010 Presbyterian Church USA General Assembly & former Commissioner to the  Presbyterian Church (USA Synod )of the Northeast. Former President & Allocations Chair  of the Cranford United Way  (1986-2006.)  Former  member of the Union County Long Term Recovery Group for  Hurricane Sandy relief (2012-2016)     ​

Joel N. Abraham is a Reform Rabbi, graduate of the Hebrew Union College - Jewish Institute of Religion, currently serving as the spiritual leader of Temple Sholom in Scotch Plains, NJ.  He currently serves as co-chair of Reform Jewish Voice of New Jersey and is on the Clergy Caucus of Faith in New Jersey and the Steering Committee of the Union County Interfaith Clergy Council and as co-Founder/Vice President of Social Justice Matters.  He is past president of the NJ-West Hudson Valley Association of Reform Rabbis, the Scotch Plains-Fanwood Ministerium, and the Union County Board of Rabbis.  Rabbi Abraham is saddened by the increase in racism and xenophobia in our society, but encouraged that it has brought him the opportunity to work with such leaders in the Muslim community as Ayaz Aslam and Dr. All Chaudry, and to join the Steering Committee of the New Jersey Interfaith Committee, as well as to serve on the communication team.

​Dr. Kharazi serves as a director and vice president of Muslim Foundation Inc. (Masjid-e-Ali), President of Franklin Township Interfaith Council, President of Razi Health Foundation of NY, Board of Trustee member and secretary of Franklin Township Dr. Martin Luther King Community Foundation, member of Human Relations Commission, and a member of the Franklin Township Planning Board. He is a co-founders of New Jersey Interfaith Coalition and serve as a member of faith-based committee of Raritan Valley Habitat for Humanity.  Dr. Kharazi is an active member of the community promoting strong relation and understanding among various faith.

Joe Ritacco was born and bred in Brooklyn where he attended public schools and enjoyed exposure to a diverse religious and ethnic environment. He had a long career at AT&T Bell Labs as a computer scientist where he was active in promoting affirmative action and worked overseas in Iran for two years. Since his recent retirement he has focused his personal time on interfaith and intercultural dialogue and peace-building. Besides his role on the NJIFC, he is a board member of the Monmouth Center for World Religions and Ethical Thought (MCWRET), a co-founder of the Garden State MOSAIC interfaith youth group. He was a founding member of the Monmouth (University) Dialogue Group. He is a Presbyterian Elder and a member of the Monmouth Presbytery Mission Working Group. He views his life-long exposure to diversity as a blessing. ​

Rabbi Faith Joy Dantowitz is proud to be part of the clergy at Temple B'nai Abraham in Livingston, NJ. She is involved in a variety of activities such as teaching, worship, and pastoral care for temple members. She also enjoys involvement with organizations such as the Livingston Interfaith Clergy Association, Faith in NJ, Metro IAF's Do Not Stand Idly By campaign against gun violence, Women's Rabbinic Network and American Jewish World Service. She is proud to be a part of NJIFC. It is important to stand together with our neighbors of all faiths, races and nationalities to show that we 'love our neighbors as ourselves.'

Michael Howard is a passionate and intellectually engaged pastor, teacher, community organizer, and Christian leader. He has taught and served all around the world, including Peru, Brazil, India, Ethiopia and the US. He is a cofounder of ugalicreative, a media design consultancy, and he currently serves as the Interim Minister at Brookside Community Church in Brookside, NJ.

Michael's vision for ministry is aimed at encouraging and supporting people of all faiths to transform our communities into more just places for all people to live vibrantly and to work, rest, and enjoy life together in peace. In resistance to cultural forces of violence and exclusion, Michael believes that building interfaith communities of solidarity and mutual support--the kind of work NJIFC strives to do--is one of the greatest blessings people of faith can offer the world today.
